Established in 1993, Bead Monster is an owner-operated bead shop based in the West Yorkshire market town of Otley, north of Leeds city centre.  Kirkgate Arcade is a beautifully restored Edwardian landmark in Otley.

BEAD SHOP

Visitors are welcome at Bead Monster's bead shop.

Bead Monster stocks an extended range of beads, findings, tools, threads, beading supplies, bead storage, Project Packs and gift vouchers.

There is also a huge choice of ready to wear designer beadwork and bead jewellery, handmade on the premises.

The bead shop is open 10.30am to 5.00pm.

(closed on Sunday & Wednesday)

UK ORDERS

Bead Monster's online prices include VAT and UK postage & packing with a low £5 minimum order.

Simply add the goods of your choice to the PayPal basket for secure on-line shopping.

If you prefer to pay by Sterling cheque or postal order please add the goods of your choice to the PayPal basket but do not proceed to checkout.

Instead, print the page with your basket's contents then delete the goods from the PayPal basket.  Write your postal address on the print-out then send it with your cheque or postal order to the shop address.  Your goods will be posted once your cheque or postal order has cleared.

Please make Sterling cheques or postal orders payable to Bead Monster.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Bead Monster is pleased to accept orders over £5 from outside the UK.

Postage & packing is charged at a flat rate per order according to your Airmail postal zone, as follows :

Zone 1 ~ European Union and other European countries £3.00

Zone 2 ~ Rest of the World £4.50

Please click on Overseas Orders on the main menu and add the postage & packing for your zone to the PayPal basket.

DELIVERY

UK orders are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail.

Please allow 7-10 working days.

Overseas Zone 1 and Zone 2 orders are dispatched by Airmail.

Please allow 10-15 working days.

RETURNS

Bead Monster respects customer's rights within current mail order legislation and offers a full refund on goods returned (unused and in the original packaging) within 10 days of dispatch to UK addresses or 15 days to Zones 1 and 2 addresses.

TECHNICAL

 Bead Monster's descriptions, sizes and colours are provided in good faith.  However, please be aware that accurate representation may vary due to monitor settings, calibrations or manufacturer's dye lots.

Bead Monster cannot guarantee that it's products are washable or colourfast.

Bead Monster recommends that you test a bead first before starting your project.
